PowerIn : Terms of use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PowerIn website (powerin.io) and the associated services, tools, and features (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Par Toutatis Limited (“PowerIn”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. The Services are intended only for users 18 years of age or older.

2. User Responsibility

By using PowerIn, you acknowledge that you are solely and strictly responsible for how you use the Services — including but not limited to any automated actions performed on your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) accounts.

This responsibility aligns with LinkedIn’s own Terms of Service, which state that:

“Users are strictly responsible for their use of any Chrome extension or third-party tools.”

Therefore, you agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with LinkedIn’s and X’s Terms of Service
  • Ensure your use of PowerIn does not violate any applicable law or platform guideline
  • Accept full responsibility for any outcomes (including, but not limited to, account suspension or restriction) resulting from your usage

PowerIn disclaims any liability for consequences resulting from misuse or non-compliant behavior by the user.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Accounts created via automated means (“bots”) are prohibited. Each user must provide accurate personal details when creating an account.

4. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

Optional paid services ("Upgrades") are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Plans may be monthly or annual and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. Pricing does not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts temporarily during manual fraud verifications after purchase.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings panel or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. PowerIn does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

6. Support

Email support is available and we aim to respond within three business days. Support requests must comply with our standard operating procedures.

7. Marketing Usage

By registering, you grant us permission to use your company’s name and logo in our marketing materials (e.g. customer list on our site). You may revoke this permission at any time by emailing us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and trademarks related to PowerIn are the property of Par Toutatis Limited. You may not reuse, replicate, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use PowerIn to:

  • Build or operate a competing service
  • Violate any local, state, or international laws
  • Harm, exploit, or impersonate others
  • Engage in unauthorized data scraping or overload our servers
  • Circumvent any technical protections of the platform
  • Attack or compromise the security of LinkedIn, X, or PowerIn services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our platform or APIs

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your license to use the Service.

10. Automation & Compliance

PowerIn enables users to schedule and automate comments and interactions on LinkedIn and X. However, PowerIn does not guarantee that these actions comply with the terms of the target platforms.

By using PowerIn, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for verifying that your use complies with LinkedIn’s and X’s guidelines
  • PowerIn is not liable for any enforcement action taken by these platforms against your accounts
  • You must use the tool ethically and in good faith to avoid spam, harassment, or prohibited behavior

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of PowerIn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Users are advised to review the Terms periodically.

12. Termination

PowerIn may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Services. Terminated users may not re-register without written consent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or compliance with external platform changes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerIn will not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from your use or misuse of the Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PowerIn harmless from any claims, legal fees, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
